I started speaking to him around 9:30 am and the only thing about my experience with him that was terrible was a sales meeting they had and he left me in his office to go to it. Very poor salesmanship. I almost left at that point. What is more important the meeting or the customer. The only other point that was bad was when my new vehicle was delivered it was very clean on the outside but was terrible on the inside. The windows were super nasty and I had to clean them as soon as I got home. Also felt a little rushed at the end. But overall it was a very good experience. More
