Extremely poor customer service I will not be back. Customer service speaks volumes and it wasn't even a wisper at Benson. Had to return multiple times to get the new vehicle detaile I will not be back. Customer service speaks volumes and it wasn't even a wisper at Benson. Had to return multiple times to get the new vehicle detailed due to tape & glue being left on the vehicle, sales rep quoting prices stating "that is the lowest the manager will go" and the advertised price on the internet is lower that the so called "lowest" they could go, Benson would not return my calls after several messages, even management. Needsless to say, I am happy with the vehicle but wish I would have bought it elsewhere More
