Unprofessional I would like to say that the salesman that I worked with was extremely helpful and professional at all times. He went out of his way to accommodate me I would like to say that the salesman that I worked with was extremely helpful and professional at all times. He went out of his way to accommodate me and my situation and get me into the right car for me. If he were the only aspect to this survey it would have been excellent across the board. Unfortunately, there are a few things that need to be addressed. First of all, the secondary key to my vehicle was somehow lost. I purchased the "run around" vehicle for the dealership, so I tried to be understanding. However, it turned into a rather large process getting a new one. This included me taking time out of my day to drive to the dealership and wait for 30+ minutes for a new one to be made. Whenever I was asked to come back for the key I was NOT told that a new key was having to be made and that it would take some time to do so. I understand if that was the case, however, some simple, professional communication in this matter would have gone a long way. Especially whenever I arrived and they asked if I needed my oil to be changed, which I declined due to time constraints, which was communicated to them. However, while I was waiting for my key the head of maintenance decided to send my car for an oil change anyway knowing it would take the same amount of time. But they did WITHOUT asking me or consulting me in anyway. Just made the executive decision without considering why they were told not to in the first place. Seriously, communicating with your customers is not that difficult. Secondly they were already servicing my car that same day because my car was out of washer fluid. Please note I had only owned the car for 2 weeks at this time. Which means they sold me a car without bothering to check the fluids in it. Just curios, but what else was overlooked in this transaction. Which brings me to my third issue. I am very, VERY upset with how the financing was handled. I purchased the car on April 1. On that day I received a pay-off amount for the previous car that I had purchased from Benson and that they were, in turn, buying back from me. The pay-off was good until the 15th of the month. This was conveyed to the sales person, who wrote it down on my finance paperwork, which was then conveyed to the rest of the financing staff on location. I assumed with the volume of sales and trade-ins done at this facility that the payoff date for a trade-in would mean something and would be respected. However, this was not the case as the other financer was not paid off until the 19th or 20th of the month LEAVING AN UNPAID BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT. This is extremely unprofessional of Hyndai motors and this dealership to draw out a pay off for longer than necessary. I now have to pay off accrued interest on a car I no longer own due to Hyndai motors lack of professionalism and customer care. Lastly, as I am a "preferred customer" at this location I am aware of how chauvinistic the majority of the male staff is. Meaning that I have more than once been talked down to by the service department staff because I'm a woman and clearly know nothing. But this is the first time that one of the sales men (not the one helping me) felt comfortable and unprofessional enough to walk up to me while I was alone and proceed to compliment me repeatedly before asking me out, which I turned down. However, he did not take no for an answer. I was extremely uncomfortable with the repeated advances, enough so that I complained to my sales person who had to address the issue whenever I was approached yet again. Let me make this clear, the salesman hitting on me only did so whenever I WAS ALONE and the gentleman helping me was working with the managers. This is not okay. I would NEVER recommend a single woman to go to this dealership and purchase a car on her own. It was an extremely uncomfortable environment and one I seriously hope gets addressed. After the accumulation of issues I have experienced during and after my car buying experience, and even though the sales man that I dealt with was amazing, I'm not certain I want to return for even basic maintenance on my car. All of the above was completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and a bit creepy. They can do better More

Great Sales Exerience, horrible customer service after the sale. The sales experience was pleasant. After the sale, customer service is not good. I have a dent that needs repaired, the salesman is aware it was there when I purchased the car, he stated he would schedule the appointment, can't get a response from anyone now. No one will return my phone calls. I was told by the salesman multiple times, my new Elantra Value Edition could have Blue Link installed later. Now after speaking with other dealerships' service departments, I'm told this can't be done!!!! I would not have purchased this model had I known. Blue Link was the number 1 feature I wanted and the salesman was very well aware. Otherwise, I would have waited on my purchase or went with another model. It's one thing to be wrong, but they aren't even willing to "make this up" or discuss this with me. I have left voice messages for the sales manager and multiple messages for the salesman and nothing has been done. I get the impression they are hoping I will just forget about it and go away. Sad because I had a great sales experience; it's after the sale, they need to work on. More
