My Santa Fe Turbo was not which I later discovered needed an added tech package to get the safety features I was accustomed to on my Hyundai Sonata. Not cool. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about being lied to about this being “fully loaded,” the attitude was like OH WELL. This is unacceptable. I want resolution to this. There are too many car dealerships I could go to instead, but I’ve been loyal to this one for a very long time. Why xxxx me off over YOUR mistake? More
