Follow up on a warranty issue two months after purchase of a 2023 Sonata Hybrid Limited was not acceptable. No returned phone call or email response from sales mgr or sales rep for a week. Finally called H of a 2023 Sonata Hybrid Limited was not acceptable. No returned phone call or email response from sales mgr or sales rep for a week. Finally called Hyundai and they indicated the part was covered under warranty and it will be taken care of with a different dealer. A simple answer from Benson as to coverage would have saved me time and effort. Purchase was fine, only 2 stars for not being responsive to the problem. More
