Stepped in a large wad of gum in the parking lot which got all over shoes car and home carpet. Not happy. More

This fall was going to purchase 2018 F-150 from this dealer. But this is not happening at Benson Ford. There are plenty of Ford dealers that would like my business. Also asked one of the salesman about when the F-150 2018 would be in. At this time he was reading the paper, to me it looked like he did not want to be interrupted. Just told me in the fall and that was all he said. Poor Customer service. More
Worst experience ever! Poorest of poor customer service. I have never dealt with a dealership that was more dishonest about quotes, pricing, fees, etc. I spoke with two s Poorest of poor customer service. I have never dealt with a dealership that was more dishonest about quotes, pricing, fees, etc. I spoke with two sales reps and three managers regarding ONE vehicle and received differing information from each one including willingness to negotiate a price, supposed mandatory fees, out the door total, and on and on. One manager claimed they add a $200 millennial protection package that was not optional to all new and used cars sold. Even when I tried to decline it, he claimed it was not optional numerous times. When I finally spoke to his manager, he said the millennial package was optional and offered a very weak and cowardly "I'm sorry." At no point during the two days of dealing with these incompetent people did any manager apologize or offer any type of guidance or information. At no point did any manager say "I apologize for how you've been treated. What can I do to make this right?" The incompetent and useless employees of Benson Ford in Easley didn't make a sale today. And I drove an hour to purchase an Escape for my daughter's Christmas. More

The manager Robert Peeples took ownership of the situation that he was going to make things right... however how good is someones word if they do not follow through??? Iits been two days with 3 messages left and no returned phone call. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If a mistake has been made I need to be able to trust the employees as well as managers word when being told he'll call back... More
Great experience at Benson Ford. Called for Service Dept. to check my Escape for problem, got an appointment in a day or so. Dropped off at 8am and vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up at 4:30 that day. They took me to work, within 10 miles, called me in 3-4 hours with what was wrong with vehicle and had it repaired. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I had a very good experience with Benson Ford in Easley. Will definitely got back for future problems and possible purchase of another vehicle in the future. More

I am widowed military spouse and appreciated the respect they showed a lady buying her first car alone. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the same situation. Best customer service in the upstate I had looked at several local dealerships for a very specific car at a reasonable price to no avail. Found the car I wanted on their site. 1 day later I was driving the car home! Salesman was not pushy but very informative. This was my first time financing a car through the dealership so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Made me feel like I was having a discussion with a friend. The finance dept was the same and even the guy that took care of my trade in. My mom and son were with me and we all felt right at home. Left with complete confidence in the vehicle and comfortable with the payment. For once car shopping was a pleasure! More
