Seems there may be a communication issue between sales and service where a new purchase is envolved. As for sales I was happy with my rep Richard, his manager Ryan and Lisa Jo is awesome!! She helped me over and over!! More

I live over 4 hours from the dealership, and she kept me updated on the vehicle’s availability before I made the trip. Dustin is a great salesman to deal with. Not pushy at all and just easy to talk to and deal with. The only negative I had had was in discussing the condition of the vehicle and the price with the sales manager. There was clearly previous repair to the one quarter panel. Not enough to dissuade me from a purchase, but they still wanted more than average purchase price for a car that clearly had body work. They tried convincing me that it was a factory defect, but it is not. We agreed to a price and then I got a slightly different monthly payment when discussing with finance. I can’t really fault sales for this though since the best financing rate they could give me with a 740 credit score was 6%. Come with your own financing in hand and you should have a great experience at this dealership. More
