They are done with you when you pull off the lot. Purchased a Nissan Altima from this dealership on March 8, 2019. Prue was excellent and patient during the whole process. The problem lies with the dealership after the fact. I received an email on March 11 2019 from Sarah asking if there was anything they could have done better. The new vehicle came with only one key fob and I explained this to her and asked for the second fob or a replacement. Was told that this would be passed along to a manager and then nothing. On March 29, I sent another email as a follow up. Nothing. On May 14, I sent another follow up email. Nothing We had the A/C serviced because it was just not cooling properly. They found that the air filter was filthy, they showed it to me, and hadn't been changed during the dealerships "inspection". Not only that, there were leaves and acorns in the filter compartment We do not have trees with those types of leaves and acorns at our house. Today, I visited the dealership after 6 months of phone calls and emails only to be given the run around and was never called back. I spoke with Ryan bench and was told he could get me the key fob but might can discount the a/c. I said no, that it had been six months and I wanted it fixed. Of it wasn't to be fixed then I would start calling the local news and attorneys. He then told me to get out of his office. I feel mislead and ignored. I have never experienced such disregard and rudeness from people in the customer service realm. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? I will never do business with this dealership again. More
