I enjoyed my entire experience with this dealership from start to finish! I believe James was my sales person he was very kind and informative. What drove home my experience and gave them a 5 star rating was Lisa Jo! She went above and beyond for me and was extra patient while helping me. We laughed together while attempting to log in to my account that I was locked out of. What could have been awkward bc of my account issues she made enjoyable and kind. I would hands down rate this dealership a 10/10! Customer service from everyone was spot on. Great way to end the year!!! More

Literally had to chase this dealership down to buy a vehicle they had. Although we would have much rather given our hard-earned money to another dealership, unfortunately Benson had the exact car we wer vehicle they had. Although we would have much rather given our hard-earned money to another dealership, unfortunately Benson had the exact car we were looking for. Against our better judgment, we bought the car from them. They would not answer calls or return messages before selling us the car, so it should have come as no surprise that they will not return our calls or messages regarding multiple problems, questions, and MISSING important safety pieces from the car since the sale. Spend your money elsewhere. They have zero customer service. More
