Literally had to chase this dealership down to buy a vehicle they had. Although we would have much rather given our hard-earned money to another dealership, unfortunately Benson had the exact car we wer vehicle they had. Although we would have much rather given our hard-earned money to another dealership, unfortunately Benson had the exact car we were looking for. Against our better judgment, we bought the car from them. They would not answer calls or return messages before selling us the car, so it should have come as no surprise that they will not return our calls or messages regarding multiple problems, questions, and MISSING important safety pieces from the car since the sale. Spend your money elsewhere. They have zero customer service. More

They really worked with me to get my car as soon as possible, just didn’t like that they put a car online with a price and everything but they wouldn’t sell it right away. It was being used as a curte possible, just didn’t like that they put a car online with a price and everything but they wouldn’t sell it right away. It was being used as a curtesy vehicle, if it’s not immediately available don’t put it on the website. But I do love the car and everyone was very nice. More
