Yosvany & Jon were great to work with when I ordered a new F150. The truck was manufactured earlier than I expected which was a problem for me because we were traveling over the winter. How do I rate a dealership that doesn't have any new inventory, not unlike other dealerships today. I realize that in this new paradigm shift processes must be learned. Mistakes can be made. Ford whose focus is so zeroed in on electric vehicles that they can not support production of cars & trucks needed by loyal customers today? My order wait time was 115 days, how is that sustainable for Ford? The chip shortage? Guess which vehicle uses more chips-gas/diesel or electric? In a brighter light our salesman, Harry Fisher, performed well under these circumstances. During my (many)inquires regarding when my F250 would arrive, he did his best. Liked Harry, but very unlikely to repeat ordering any vehicle from Ford and that's sad. More
