I contacted them by email and was again quoted a price of $11, 777 by Jimmy Anderson. I have been in touch with the staff by online chat, and phone with Roger on at least two occasions, as well. Today, April 9, 2014, I decided to go look at the vehicle for the first possible time, since on previous occasions, I was told that it was being serviced, even though, I was set up for a 3:30pm appointment on April 5, 2014, in which the vehicle wasn't available because of still being serviced. After arriving today and hoping to finally take the vehicle for a test drive, I was told that the original price, which I was quoted, and which was, not only, listed on their website, but also, another online car site, was no longer available to me. I was informed by Fred that the purchase price would now be $13, 877 due to repairs that they had to make while it was being serviced. I told him that this was not fair and that the vehicle should be sold to me for the price that I was quoted. He, then, informed me that I had been sent an email by Roger today informing me of the increase. I can not believe that they would have the audacity to practice such poor sales tactics on someone. The vehicle should never have been listed on at least two different websites for a lower price and have a customer call about the vehicle at that price only to change it in the end. I'd like to give them a piece of advice, how about you no longer list your vehicles for sale until you have finished servicing the vehicle and they should, definitely, stick to their word and sell a customer a vehicle for the quoted price and not increase it on them. More

It was time for a new Ram 1500, and we were very well pleased with Mr.Suderman's service. We hunted and hunted for exactly the right truck, and we are thrilled with our new Ram 1500 Crew Cab. While it took about 5 hours to pull it all together and it was freezing cold in the wind outside, we drove the Crew Cab and the Big Horn (I was trading in my 2008 Big Horn). We decided on the Crew Cab as we travel and haul grandkids and other friends, and the larger back seat is worth the difference. We were pleased with the trade-in given towards our 2008 as part of the deal, and Don (put the deal together) and Dale (handled all the financial arrangements) were very easy to deal with. Hopefully, we'll only see this dealership for service as we intend to keep our new truck for 10 years...but we certainly will recommend Bill and the Benson team to our friends and family. More
