Sales and Service are both exceptional. I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot (4-11-2015) and as usual there was no high pressure and I was allowed to drive it to my home for the wife to loo I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot (4-11-2015) and as usual there was no high pressure and I was allowed to drive it to my home for the wife to look at it and we both drove it back and purchased it that day. Don Looney is a very experienced sales manager and makes personal contact with every purchaser and lets you buy your vehicle instead of him "selling" it to you. In other words he allows the customer to make their own decision without any high pressure. "Butch" Griffin is my salesman and he is respectful and answers your questions too without trying to get you to purchase something you don't want. I have lost track on how many vehicles I have purchased from Benson's but it is probably more than a dozen and that is a low estimate. SERVICE DEPARTMENT is one that fits the "name" as they provide great service. I have been very satisfied with the service I receive from them and I don't believe I am alone with that experience. Jarius Owen is a very knowledgeable Manger and has great service writers to listen to your description of the problem your vehicle is currently having and then they have some of the best Techs in the Upstate in my opinion to resolve your vehicles need. I highly recommend that you give them an opportunity to repair any strange noises your vehicle may be having today. More

Bait and Switch Tactic On April 4, 2014, I found a 2005 Chevy Tahoe LS listed on Cargurus, as well as their website for $11, 777. I contacted them by email and was again qu On April 4, 2014, I found a 2005 Chevy Tahoe LS listed on Cargurus, as well as their website for $11, 777. I contacted them by email and was again quoted a price of $11, 777 by Jimmy Anderson. I have been in touch with the staff by online chat, and phone with Roger on at least two occasions, as well. Today, April 9, 2014, I decided to go look at the vehicle for the first possible time, since on previous occasions, I was told that it was being serviced, even though, I was set up for a 3:30pm appointment on April 5, 2014, in which the vehicle wasn't available because of still being serviced. After arriving today and hoping to finally take the vehicle for a test drive, I was told that the original price, which I was quoted, and which was, not only, listed on their website, but also, another online car site, was no longer available to me. I was informed by Fred that the purchase price would now be $13, 877 due to repairs that they had to make while it was being serviced. I told him that this was not fair and that the vehicle should be sold to me for the price that I was quoted. He, then, informed me that I had been sent an email by Roger today informing me of the increase. I can not believe that they would have the audacity to practice such poor sales tactics on someone. The vehicle should never have been listed on at least two different websites for a lower price and have a customer call about the vehicle at that price only to change it in the end. I'd like to give them a piece of advice, how about you no longer list your vehicles for sale until you have finished servicing the vehicle and they should, definitely, stick to their word and sell a customer a vehicle for the quoted price and not increase it on them. It was time for a new Ram 1500, and we were very well pleased with Mr.Suderman's service. We hunted and hunted for exactly the right truck, and we are thrilled with our new Ram 1500 Crew Cab. While it pleased with Mr.Suderman's service. We hunted and hunted for exactly the right truck, and we are thrilled with our new Ram 1500 Crew Cab. While it took about 5 hours to pull it all together and it was freezing cold in the wind outside, we drove the Crew Cab and the Big Horn (I was trading in my 2008 Big Horn). We decided on the Crew Cab as we travel and haul grandkids and other friends, and the larger back seat is worth the difference. We were pleased with the trade-in given towards our 2008 as part of the deal, and Don (put the deal together) and Dale (handled all the financial arrangements) were very easy to deal with. Hopefully, we'll only see this dealership for service as we intend to keep our new truck for 10 years...but we certainly will recommend Bill and the Benson team to our friends and family. More
