Service Department Below Par Having had my Jeep serviced once before at Bensons, I found the service to be acceptable. So I assumed this was the norm. BIG mistake. This time they have stumbled and bumbled the entire way! Misdiagnosed my issues. I personally had to correct their very expensive assumption. However they were successful in gouging me for a $500 service bill. And even was able to screw up their "free" shuttle service. More

Sales and Service are both exceptional. I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot (4-11-2015) and as usual there was no high pressure and I was allowed to drive it to my home for the wife to loo I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot (4-11-2015) and as usual there was no high pressure and I was allowed to drive it to my home for the wife to look at it and we both drove it back and purchased it that day. Don Looney is a very experienced sales manager and makes personal contact with every purchaser and lets you buy your vehicle instead of him "selling" it to you. In other words he allows the customer to make their own decision without any high pressure. "Butch" Griffin is my salesman and he is respectful and answers your questions too without trying to get you to purchase something you don't want. I have lost track on how many vehicles I have purchased from Benson's but it is probably more than a dozen and that is a low estimate. SERVICE DEPARTMENT is one that fits the "name" as they provide great service. I have been very satisfied with the service I receive from them and I don't believe I am alone with that experience. Jarius Owen is a very knowledgeable Manger and has great service writers to listen to your description of the problem your vehicle is currently having and then they have some of the best Techs in the Upstate in my opinion to resolve your vehicles need. I highly recommend that you give them an opportunity to repair any strange noises your vehicle may be having today. More
