He was inte After perusing the website and the deals they were offering (which were very fairly priced) I was contacted by Chris C. in Internet Sales. He was interested, engaging and forthcoming. He continued to answer all my questions as best possible without actually coming in, at which time we would have more facts in place to discuss. In contrast, another local dealership was unresponsive and gave little to no information and told me to just come in and we would handle everything then. I was not impressed to say the least. That evening I went into the dealership, they immediately knew who I was and got me with a salesman in seconds. The salesman Will Moore was patient as I was undecided as to which vehicle I wanted. Ultimately I chose the 2017 Dodge Journey (which is fab!) and the financial process was smooth and no fuss/muss. However, I will say I did not like the paper slipped in front of me requesting me to sign stating that if terms and pricing were to my satisfaction that I would agree to buy that day. This is somewhat manipulative and did not set well with me and I declined to sign it. Otherwise it was overall a great experience and I would recommend them to a friend and buy from them again. Then they call me the next day to say that they didn't buy it and they just didn't know what was going on. Told them it would be the next day before i could make the trip back . The next day I called about coming to get the car and they lead me on an hour and a half long journey on the telephone on whether they actually had the car or not. the sales team seems completely unaware of anything that is going on and does not mind wasting your time. completely unprofessional. I have never seen business conducted in such a manner. More
