Warranty is meaningless I brought my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan to be to be serviced twice for the same issue. The van had been jerking and struggling to shift gears. I was in I brought my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan to be to be serviced twice for the same issue. The van had been jerking and struggling to shift gears. I was in NC when it jerked so harshly that it stopped shifting past 1st gear. Benson flushed the transmission fluid and sent me home. The van continued jerking and struggled to shift, so I brought it back in and was told it was perfectly fine. I asked them to check again only to be told the same thing. I'm now stranded over 400 miles away and Chrysler refuses to have my van shipped back to Benson. I have to wait for my van to be serviced and was told that it may take several days before they'll be able to look at it. My kids are now going to have to miss school, I'm having to pay for extra hotel nights and a rental car while I wait to be able to take my van home. I will never purchase a Dodge again. Warranties are pointless if the dealership is going to ignore issues with your vehicle and then leave you stranded when it was THEIR mistake. More
