Overall experience in purchasing a brand new 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn SST has been anything but satisfactory. This experience has nothing to do with the sales man I had, and everything to do with the rest. 1500 Big Horn SST has been anything but satisfactory. This experience has nothing to do with the sales man I had, and everything to do with the rest. Upon purchase of my new vehicle, within 24 hours the truck was already back in the shop for a check engine light. I scheduled an appt but decided to bring the truck back the day of due to concern for my new vehicle. Upon checking in the vehicle there was little to no communication for the next 5 days that they kept my vehicle from the service department. My sales guy Will talked with the shop manager to push forward my truck as best as he could but advised that they were extremely busy. The truck sat for 4 days before they were able to even hook up a code diagnostics to the vehicle and the codes had went inactive. The first set of codes were for the cam shaft and a few other little things that all went back to the cam shaft sensor. They drove the vehicle and could not replicate the issue so on Drop off date was 10/24/2024. On 10/28/2024 is when they tried to push the vehicle up in service. They kept my vehicle until 11/1/2024 with no replacement vehicle given out. Returned my vehicle with no gas put in it with 100 miles put on it. 11/14/2024 the check engine light came back on again. At this time, they advised me that they would give me a loaner and to get the vehicle down as quickly as possible. Upon arriving they immediately threw the code diagnostic on to see what was going on. The advisor that helped me was different than my normal as she was out of the office. He mentioned that he had never seen the code that it through before and they would get to work on it as fast as they could. I got a call the next day from my sales person, not the service advisor that my truck was ready for pick up and to drop off the loan. They advised that the throttle body sensor was the issue and it needed a flash/software updated and they believed the issue would not longer happen. If so, they would send a vehicle and pick up my truck. At this time more miles were put on the truck to try and replicate the issue. No fuel added to the vehicle. 11/21/2024- My vehicle check engine light came on for the 3rd time since purchase of my brand new vehicle. On top of that, my vehicle would not start for 5 minutes that morning. Every time I tried to push start the vehicle it would immediately turn back off and throw all kind of emergency parking sensors. I called the sales person and within 3 hours they did send out a vehicle and picked up mine to go in the shop. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership I got a call an hour or so after the vehicle was dropped off at the dealership to answer a few questions. The service writer along with the technician was trying to rule out water corrosion on one of the sensors/isolators. They wanted to know if it had rained within 24 hours of the check engine light coming on. As I replied, it was a 50/50 shot that it had rained or not before the check engine light came on. They opened up another star case (this being the 3rd) and I waited to hear an update. Fast forward to 11/25/2024, still no update on the vehicles status so I took it upon myself to check in with the service writer. No answers, just that they were waiting on what to do with STAR engineers. Fast forward another 8 days (12/3/2024)........STILL no update on the vehicle and absolutely no communication from my service advisor. So once again, I reached out asking for an update. No new update with STAR.......now, fast forward to 12/9/2024 my very first update that I did not have to ask for, mind you this is 19 days after my truck has went into the shop. The text I receive is that STAR has reached back out and they want the technician to look over some of the wiring and to order a crank shaft sensor. They would get back to me on the crank shaft sensor. I was then later texted on the 11th to see if they could put yet another 100 miles on the truck More

I thought my truck was starting to have suspension issues so I took it to two shops. They looked and looked, found nothing. Squeak getting louder. I crawled under the front end and most of the bolts were loose. I was mad. I tightened many nuts and bolts over the next few days. But didn't find the loose one that was squeaking yet. It's getting worse over time. Now found the squeak just from putting pressure on the front end. I will never recommend this place. 2013 Chevy truck y'all a joke!! More

I had such a great experience from the moment I contacted the dealership. Cassie, Robbie and my finance individual was awesome! I’ve never had a good experience purchasing a vehicle until now! Thank you so much for that and you have gained a life long customer! Please forward this to the dealership owner please. I give everyone a 10 star review! Thank Kevin Tison More
I just left a review about having to trade in my jeep due to a factory recall. Got a new jeep had 3700 miles it's a demo why after driving a 100 miles the check engine light comes on? Drove it straight to Be to a factory recall. Got a new jeep had 3700 miles it's a demo why after driving a 100 miles the check engine light comes on? Drove it straight to Benson and told them I don't trust this vehicle now. They're giving me every kind of excuses from it was cold last night and voltages on the battery might have been off to it has 5 computers systems that have to talk to each other. I call Bulls***. Why would you have cars that the check engine lights are going to be coming on all the time. That means I'm going to be spending a lot of time getting it looked at. And it's ok to drive with check engine light on as long as it's not flashing. But you told me 2 days ago because I continued driving the car with a recall on it I had caused more damage and they won't fix it now. I will never buy anything from y'all. You talk out both sides of your mouth. More
