I have always used your dealership for all my service needs (oil change, tires, battery) since the purchase of my vehicle from you 5 years ago. My last two service visits was not the usual experience needs (oil change, tires, battery) since the purchase of my vehicle from you 5 years ago. My last two service visits was not the usual experience that I have always had. It was a challenge to get someone to answer my questions over the phone. When bringing my car in the person I dealt with was not very friendly at all and did not care about my business. I have since chosen to take my vehicle else where for service visits. Cost went up as well. More
