I appreciate the work being done with my car, but the lack of communication to inform me when my car is ready (after dropping it off for maintenance) has not been consistent. Last week, I called asking o lack of communication to inform me when my car is ready (after dropping it off for maintenance) has not been consistent. Last week, I called asking on the status of my vehicle after being told in a prior call 3 hours before that it was almost done. Having not heard anything back, I decided to personally come to the dealership to inquire. At that point, the dealership was closing and had I arrived even 5 minutes later, I wouldn’t been able to pick up my car, which was important because I needed it to work that evening. I simply would have appreciated a call to inform me when my car was ready for pick up and updates along the way in a timely manner so it doesn’t disrupt other plans had for that day. More
