The people were good to work with. Friendly staff. There was a significant delay in processing my order, which was mostly out of their control, due to a power failure in the building t Friendly staff. There was a significant delay in processing my order, which was mostly out of their control, due to a power failure in the building the day we arrived to take possession of the vehicle. We were alerted to this situation upfront, but were given a false impression of the wait time. A better option would have been to say that we are behind and if you wanted to go grab a bite to eat, we could have had a more realistic expectation of how long our wait would be. Several employees apologized for the delay, but a better response would have been appropriate. Otherwise, the transaction was smooth and ai am happy with the outcome. More
