Poor customer service Had oil changed and tire rotation. All went well. Took car home and found part of from bumper in my trunk! I have been driving Toyotas for alm I just moved to the area so I looked online to see the closest Toyota dealer in my area and it was Diamond Toyota. I have been driving Toyotas for almost 30 years. I wanted a new 2017 Camry for my daughter so I went down to check them out. I was greeted by a young intelligent fellow salesmen named Zach. I was surprised with how knowledgeable he was about the car and the sales process in itself. He made the car buying experience super easy. I recommended my family members and friends to go see Zach and Chris Zerfass (General Manager of the store) to buy a car from them. I will never look to buy a car from anywhere else ever again. Easiest car buying experience with a great person! I went to the Toyota dealer with intentions on buying a new vehicle. I was warmfully welcomed by Zach and we went out on the lot to look for a new Rav I went to the Toyota dealer with intentions on buying a new vehicle. I was warmfully welcomed by Zach and we went out on the lot to look for a new Rav-4. He made it easy to understand what the new car was all about and how to use everything in it. I wanted the Rav so badly so we sat down and talked business. He worked up a deal so good i couldnt resist! I bought it right on the spot! It was so easy to work with Zach, alongside his father, Chris, who is the General Manager of the store!! (I think that's pretty awesome!) Overall I was so happy I went there and met Zach and drove off the lot in a new car. I would definitely recommend stopping by to see Zach! Thanks again! More
