Our overall experience has been very good. Justin Rivera, our sales person, is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful the day of purchase, delivery and the days following a Justin Rivera, our sales person, is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful the day of purchase, delivery and the days following as we attempt to manage the technological nightmare of modern vehicles and our Land Cruiser. Kailyn O'Doherty's hurried explanation of numerous options was mind numbing after awhile. There was a lot to cover and absorb in a short period of time. Yet, I must say that the best sales pitch was "What can I do so that you can take home this Land Cruiser today?" My father was in auto sales for over forty-five years and I'm sure he used a similar pitch in his many years in sales. It made me smile in my heart. More
