I had a nail in the meaty part of the tire and it could have been plugged at a fraction of the cost of a new tire. I went to a tire place and got it plugged. The dealer wanted me to purchase a new tire tha have been plugged at a fraction of the cost of a new tire. I went to a tire place and got it plugged. I accidentally missed an appointment and Maura was able to get me in as soon as I realized my uncharacteristic mistake. Then for the 3rd time in 2 weeks Lebanon county had a power outage. Service was put o to get me in as soon as I realized my uncharacteristic mistake. Then for the 3rd time in 2 weeks Lebanon county had a power outage. Service was put on hold but I was driven home immediately and the work needed was finished the following day. I’m very grateful to the dealership for getting the service work done timely before leaving for vacation. I didn’t need the headache of bringing the car back after vacation when I’m in month end at work so everything worked out perfectly. More
