We were unable to get to the dealership until late in the evening to pick up our new car and the staff was a Paij, Tyler and the entire Bennett team. Had the oil change and they reused the oil filter gasket, oil all over the driveway! Later had to replace all brake pads and rotors. Very noticeable brake squeal. returned car and shims on back brakes were r oil all over the driveway! Later had to replace all brake pads and rotors. Very noticeable brake squeal. returned car and shims on back brakes were replaced. Helped some but front brakes continue to squeal. Have scheduled another followup for the front brakes. Why does Bennett reuse old parts? Never had this problem with other Toyota dealers! More
