Bennett is a completely professional, friendly, extremely well organized outfit. We always use their service and have had no problems. Our salesperson, Marvin Canela, was someone i had met before, when she worked behind the counter at the body-shop, which is also on site. I was delighted to see that she's moving up in the organization. She is a poised, dignified and charming person, with an interesting background, so this was less about cars and more about good, rewarding experience. We knew we wanted a new Sienna for our large family so we traded in our old one. This was less about learning about a new vehicle than a smooth transition from one well-loved car to a newer one. My wife immediately drove the van up to Ct. and reported a smooth, problem free trip. She liked the no-hands phone set-up. Thank you Marvin, and thank you Bennett Toyota for all you do.. More
