Will never return to Bennett Toyota! I went into Bennett to see about a brand new Tacoma and while I did end up buying one and my sales rep was good it was my overall surroundings that st I went into Bennett to see about a brand new Tacoma and while I did end up buying one and my sales rep was good it was my overall surroundings that started off bad. I heard people get in a fight with a customer and also me and my partner heard not once but twice people saying gay comments and was very unprofessional.. besides the fact the financial manager that you sign the paper work with are very slow and I waited for nearly 3 hours and when they finally called me back I sat there for another half hour watching him print it! That’s not the end of my experience.. two days pass and my friend noticed a huge dent on my roof that is rusted bad and happened on the dealers lot so I had to repeat the process and spend another few days fighting to get a new car, they wanted to paint my brand new car and that is unacceptable for a 2 day car since I expect it to be brand new not repainted. In the end they worked it out and I did get a new truck but didn’t have all the same features and they had to raise my payment. Anyways stay clear from here as they are very unprofessional and very rude since they cannot watch what they say. More

Trade in for new car Adrian and Bennett Toyota were incredibly helpful in getting me into a new vehicle after my old one's engine started having serious issues. They worke Adrian and Bennett Toyota were incredibly helpful in getting me into a new vehicle after my old one's engine started having serious issues. They worked with me on getting the right price I needed as well as bent over backwards in giving me a great trade on my old truck whose status was entirely up in the air. Repairs would have been costly, possibly even require a new engine which would likely have been more than the vehicle was worth. I'm very pleased with how knowledgeable Adrian was and he gave me all my options and left the decisions up to me. I will very much be returning for any other vehicles in the future More
