After getting the run around for a couple months from another dealer and feeling very hassled, we decided to contact Bennett and it was smooth sailing from there. We will definitely pass by our local Toyota dealer and drive the 45 minutes to Bennett. Todd was wonderful to deal with, and the finance dept. and manager pleasant as well. I don't see us getting a Toyota anywhere else in the future. More

Our trade experience with Alex Guerrierie was top notch! After searching online for a 2015/16 Toyota Highlander, we found three in our area. The first one we found was at Bennett, but, it was close to an hou After searching online for a 2015/16 Toyota Highlander, we found three in our area. The first one we found was at Bennett, but, it was close to an hour away, so we first stopped in to visit Performance Toyota in Sinking Spring as it was closer to our home. When we arrived, we were told the vehicle we had an appointment to see was sold at about 8am. Not sure how, when they open at 9? No call was made to us at all. Waste of a trip. So, we went to Bennett. This was my preferred Highlander anyway, truth be told. We had three kids along with us. The hour drive was already working on their nerves, but they hung in there. We met Alex right away, told him what we wanted. He had our 2018 Crosstrek valued for us to trade while we test drove the Highlander. They offered us a very fair price, and we were done with the trade in about 2 hours! Everyone was great with our kids, who even drew Alex pictures, which he said he would keep forever ;) They were very attentive and answered all of our MANY questions without issue. We used our own financing, and we understand that dealerships make money by selling financing through them, so they asked if we wanted a quote from them anyway. We had to reiterate that we were not interested twice, but then it was dropped. We understood they were just doing their job. Very professional from the second we walked in. At the end of our purchase, the manager personally thanked us and asked if we were happy with how we were treated. Even with the hour drive, we would recommend Bennett. If you're looking for a warm, professional and expedient experience, Bennett is your dealership! And seriously, ask for Alex-especially if you have kids. :) More
