You first go through internet sales, which was fine and painless, and then they route you to an available salesperson. Much to my delight, Jose picked up the call. I made my appointment and, a few hours later, I left waving to my old, tired and miserable disappointment of a car as I drove off the lot in my gorgeous new ride !!! More
