Rebecca set us up with Humberto Esquivel and the experience continued. His concern to help us and explain what new vehicles contained was beyond our expectations. Knowing what we were interested in and Humberto's no pressure, look around, buy if your interested, lead us to purchase on the spot. He listened to what we had to say and satisfied all or conditions. The dealership had more choices of the Highlander I was looking for than Krause Toyota down the road and also offered better deals to help get the price where we needed it to be. We were able to also take advantage of the military discount offered at the time. The whole process was smooth, pain free, everyone we dealt with there was very helpful and nice. We arrived on a Monday at 6:30pm and were out the door with a new Highlander before closing that same night. We love our Highlander and would recommend Humberto and the Bennett Toyota dealership to anyone! More
