I was leaving the area for a few weeks and asked Alex to call me just before returning so that I could stop to see what was available. He called when he said he would and two days later I stopped by and leased a new Tacoma with better features for about the same monthly payment. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. Service was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I did lease my previous Tacoma from another dealer and had a so-so experience, maybe 5 out of 10. My experience with Alex at Bennett was excellent and was 10 out of 10. More

Salesmen Listen and Listen I went to Bennett Toyota looking for a used car with my price range and minimum options. The salesman did not try and sell me anything. He listened and listened and asked astute questions about my needs. Then he thought of a good choice, a new car instead of used but lower bottom line price than the used car i thought would do. You first go through internet sales, which was fine and painless, and then they route you to an available salesperson. Much to my delight, Jose picked up the call. I made my appointment and, a few hours later, I left waving to my old, tired and miserable disappointment of a car as I drove off the lot in my gorgeous new ride !!! More
