Great I had a great experience buying a certified pre-owned Corolla from Alex Lascala. He was knowledgable about the vehicles, flexible with the test drive, I had a great experience buying a certified pre-owned Corolla from Alex Lascala. He was knowledgable about the vehicles, flexible with the test drive, and patient with my questions and decision-making. He made sure we had a chance to chat with the head mechanic (Allen/Allan) who certified the vehicle. When I returned the next morning after purchasing to pick up the car, he took time to answer all of my final questions that popped up overnight. As it should be While having my 2015 leased Tacoma serviced I stopped by Alex Lascala's desk and asked him to look for a specific new Tacoma to lease because my old l While having my 2015 leased Tacoma serviced I stopped by Alex Lascala's desk and asked him to look for a specific new Tacoma to lease because my old lease was in its last few months. I was leaving the area for a few weeks and asked Alex to call me just before returning so that I could stop to see what was available. He called when he said he would and two days later I stopped by and leased a new Tacoma with better features for about the same monthly payment. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. Service was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I did lease my previous Tacoma from another dealer and had a so-so experience, maybe 5 out of 10. My experience with Alex at Bennett was excellent and was 10 out of 10. More
