Surprisingly good experience. Visited the store two weeks prior to buying and was met by Manoj Godika. I realized a Tacoma was impractical for the intended use. Manoj called me back, as we agreed, a week later with some options in the Camry model. Note he did not call me a million times and pester, he was perfectly professional. I arrived 15 mins late for the appointment, but Manoj had already pulled up a few cars we had discussed. Finally settled on the right car, the process was flawless. Andy Gillespie negotiated in good faith and was professional and a fair negotiator. Additionally Andy's dedication and pride in the product was evident and helped eliminate any type of buyers remorse.
