Any dealer who knows my mom, knows that she is a tough negotiator, and for an experience that is normally associated with negative stigmas, Frank knew how to keep this buying experience fun and entertaining, all while staying very professional. He made sure that worked towards a deal that benefited us and the dealership, and provided exceptional customer service. All of the other staff very also very welcoming and professional as well, and Andrew Perez, the business manager, was very quick and efficient handling the financial side of our deal. The service staff were also very quick with cleaning to help me get my new car home ASAP. Positive experience at Bennett Toyota Manoj Godika, Product Specialist, was quite helpful in helping us decide among 3 candidate cars (Prius, Corolla Hybrid LE and Camry Hybrid LE). I test drove all 3 cars on Thursday, and then my wife drove the latter two on Saturday (we test drove a different make of car on Friday). I appreciated that we were not pressured or harassed during the process. We ultimately selected the Camry Hybrid. Although I still dislike car shopping and especially negotiating, I think we obtained a fair deal without having to resort to unnecessary drama.and unpleasantness. We rarely rate anything as deserving 5 stars, so 4 stars is a very solid rating from that perspective. More
