Me and my wife, just visit to look for Camry LE-2013 at Bennett, Allentown, PA without any prior appointment or any notice to dealer,s employee and we faced Mr.Kevin Gruver. In very first conversion, he was so friendly.....and he saw every different colors of cars (Camry) with all detail of the concerned cars. We decided to buy a Camry........and Kevin came up with v good offer, but we left the showroom immediately as my wife have a health situation. Next day, I had Tele-talked with Kevin about leasing of car and its costing......it was very very reasonably good compare to other showrooms' offers. Very next day I was being at Bennett and talked to Kevin about RAV-4 LE (2013). He saw me what color i was asked and took test ride and he explained every honest information about RAV4. I liked that SUV.......and he was agreed what I asked about the amount/month for 36 months. I took decision in absence of my wife and paid down payment for RAV4 LE (Black). Finalize to pick the car on next day. Next day, me and my wife went their to canceled this deal and to get back down payment which I was paid...because my wife didn't like this deal and she feel that it was little high leasing cost. I talked to kevin ......and explained that my wife was unhappy with this deal and we want our money back. He was agreed for refund......but he want to know the reasons for unhappiness. We explained about leasing cost which was high. He said to my wife that just write down what price you want to lease that SUV. And....she wrote the figure less than $1500 (over all leasing cost) what I was agreed. Kevin talked to the dealing manager he was agreed for same (Thanks to manager too).......after 7 minutes ........he came with that deal. Wow...what a nice offer...we were very happy and we finalize that SUV. Kevin himself drive that car and he dropped at our home same day. We strongly recommend Bennett for any size car.......they are so friendly, help to make a right decisions and offer very competitive pricing...... More
