My husband owned an Avalon for three years and decided to have a look at the new design for 2013. He really liked it and took it for a test drive with Sandy. She answered all of his questions and Joe called have a look at the new design for 2013. He really liked it and took it for a test drive with Sandy. She answered all of his questions and Joe called later in the day to make an appt with her the following day when I was available. It was a sleek looking design and Sandy was working on the numbers and we were walking around the showroom and noticed the Venza- thought it looked sharp and decided to ask Sandy to have a look/drive with it. so, Joe compared the two and the Avalon won-hands down for a quieter ride and comfort. Sandy was a pleasant salesperson and we got along well. She worked hard to get the price or close to it that we wanted. The other gentleman who went over the other topics(warrranty, etc- can't recall his name) was very knowledgeable and was good- as compared to another dealer(not Toyota) we worked with in the summer. It was a pleasant experience and Joe has always loved the service dept too. Joe is very happy with his new car! Thank you.We have reccommended Sandy to some friends too. More
