The sales person was very nice and worked very hard to try and stay around the price we had talked about over all I'm happy with the deal and the car. I was extremely pleased with the deal I received from Bennett Toyota. The sales staff, specifically Caesar and Nardo, were very friendly and worked hard, and stayed late to win my business. The facility is brand new, and service area is spotless. I scored every category a 5 (Great), with the exception of overall experience (Grade 3). While the sales team was excellent, the finance manager brought the overall experience score way down. He spent more time trying to sell me an extended warranty then discussing my financing package. I did not not appreciate the high pressure technique used to sell me extra "stuff". I have purchased numerous cars in my lifetime, and all dealers try to sell extended warranties, but come on, if customer says no, move on..... Sadly, this was the last person I met, which was not a good way to end my Bennett Toyota experience. As a result, I left with a bad feeling. Truly a creating a disappointing overall experience, following such a great process with the sales team. The finance manager really put a negative spin on my overall experience. More
Best car buying experience yet. We were treated as friends. Ross was very personable, kind, and courteous. He was very attentive to our needs and answered our questions thoroughly. Don the mechanic was also great at answering our questions. All dealt with were great. Especially Patti. Without her great phone demeanor and personality , we definitely would have put off coming down to another day. One thing I would have changed, and may just have been oversight, I would have liked to been given the option of going with our own credit union for financing when speaking with Mike as it was the same rate. But, it ended well, with a lower rate at the end. Cheers Mike! And Congrats on the Grandbaby!!! We will return someday and will recommend! Thanks Chris & Barry. More

I was definitely wary of going to a large dealership at first. I had been burned before by pushy sales people who have been more than happy to sell me a car and then never followed up or were around for me first. I had been burned before by pushy sales people who have been more than happy to sell me a car and then never followed up or were around for me when I have had questions or problems. My price range for my car was low (under $10,000) but Chris was willing to work with me. And when I was attracted to a car on the lot that was within my price range but that I couldn't drive because it was a standard and I had never driven one in my life, Chris offered to give me a driving lesson. He took me out on the road for half an hour to 45 minutes and then again after I purchased the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable with it. It was great to have a sales rep give me such personal attention. Even months after I bought the car, Chris has stayed in contact with me to check in and see if I have any questions about driving standard or if I have any issue with the car that I need to talk about. More
I was scared and nervous when I got in the dealership but Gene treated me with respect and made me feel really confortable. My family has dealt with this dealership in past, daughter has Corolla and boyfriend has Camry. Each visit ended in getting what they wanted. Sandy was our main sales rep and this last visit I had h daughter has Corolla and boyfriend has Camry. Each visit ended in getting what they wanted.
