We purchased an SUV and were assisted by Joe Colon. Having met several sales people at various dealerships, I think Joe is one of the best. He has a great sense of humor and is very relaxed. During the purchase process that lasted about a week (because we were looking at several makes), he always took my call on his cell phone and always got back to me in short time. I also called him several times on his off day, and he still responded to several of my calls. He will go a long way and we wish him all the best. Our only hiccup at this dealership was the fact that they could not properly track our down payment by domestic wire transfer. But that was short lived and overall it was a pleasant experience. More

We came in looking for a family vehicle and found a great Toyota Sienna at a great price. We had a set budget and our very friendly and personable sales consultant Ross Banks helped and succeeded in keeping Toyota Sienna at a great price. Ross was very patient with us the whole time and the whole process went very smoothly. My experience was very comforting as it was my first purchase. I've been to several other dealerships and by far this one was the best! I sent an email stating I was interested in a vehicle, internet ma purchase. I've been to several other dealerships and by far this one was the best! I sent an email stating I was interested in a vehicle, internet manager Lorray called me almost immediately, she was sweet as pie and assured me she will get me the best deal possible. My scheduled appt for a test drive, I walked in, right away asked how can they assist me, I told them I was here for a test drive with lorry and 2 minutes later she introduced her self to me and the toyota specialist right away asked me to step outside so he can show me the car, he explained in detail from the under the hood to the back of the vehicle, we took a 10 minute drive, every single question I asked he answered, he broke every single number down to the "T". Needless to say my sales rep Andrew was amazing, He did a fantastic job, not pushy, helped me calculate my numbers, kept helping to find ways to lower my monthly payment... I went to the Toyota Bennett dealership on Lehigh Street in Allentown PA, they are awesome there. So friendly and accommodating... AND they had a coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker to add :) They deserved my business, glad I purchased with them! More

I was referred to this Dealership by my Daugther. I called and was immediately assisted. By the end of the day, I had a deal worked out over the phone with a VIM number to my new RAV4. Most of the pap called and was immediately assisted. By the end of the day, I had a deal worked out over the phone with a VIM number to my new RAV4. Most of the paperwork can be completed on-line on their website which is total advantage, including getting the trade-in value for my vehicle. This past Saturday, I drove to PA to pick up my Car and turn in my trade in. Transaction was effortless. Very happy with the patience, friendliness and service as well as with my NEW RAV4! All of the other personnel I had contact from the receptionist to the service department were very friendly and courteous. But.... A Finance person, I can't remember his name, was my "best friend" until I told him I did not want to purchase and additional warranty. After being told "No" several times, he kept trying to tell sell one of them to me. Finally after I signed a paper stating I did not request to purchase any, he ended the conversation by calling me "Bud". I think he should take some lesson from the sales consultants on how to be more professional to customers. More

I was very pleased with my new car purchase at Bennett. I bought my first Toyota Corolla from another dealership more than 10 years ago. Although I had no major concerns with that company, I wanted to buy I bought my first Toyota Corolla from another dealership more than 10 years ago. Although I had no major concerns with that company, I wanted to buy my new car closer to home. I have nothing but good things to say about Sandy Schwab. At our initial meeting, she knew I was considering cars other than Toyota, but never spoke negatively about those companies or pressured me to make a quick decision. My past experience with other dealers was quite the opposite. The cost of the car and trade-in value were very favorable. When I discovered a minor problem the day after I brought the car home, I called Sandy and she told me to come in immediately. The problem was diagnosed, repaired and the car washed in approximately 30 minutes time. Other dealers promised to wash my car whenever it was in for repairs, but never did. I will definitely recommend Bennett Toyota and Sandy Schwab to friends and family. More
