Although there were two other Toyota dealerships closer to my home, I chose to buy from Bennett because of its reputation for good customer service and ethical sales practices. I worked with Emmie Pilz over the internet and telephone in negotiating the cost of my vehicle and then worked with Marcos Rivera at the dealership. Emmie initially quoted me one price over the telephone which I was prepared to accept the next day after doing some research. However, the evening following my initial phone call she sent me an email with a quote for more than we had discussed. When I followed up with her about the differences in the price she acknowledged the differences, apologized and quickly worked with me to reach a sales price that I believe was fair for both the dealership (i.e., it obtained a reasonable profit) and me (i.e., I didn't feel like I was exploited). When I went to pick up the vehicle I met Marcos and he was professional in his presentation, knowledgeable about the vehicle (a hybrid), and very friendly. In the three weeks since I purchased the vehicle, Toyota Bennett has contacted me twice to make sure that I'm satisfied with the vehicle. From my experience, Toyota Bennett has certainly lived up to its reputation. More

I handled all of my negotiations over the phone and through e-mail because I live 4 hours away. They were very fast returning answers to my questions. They also negotiated the price of my trade through pictures which gave me the information I needed prior to traveling 4 hours to purchase a vehicle I haven't even seen in person. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the truck they had everything ready to go and the truck was all cleaned up and look exactly how it was described through all of our correspondence.
