I was looking for a standard shift car for a while and wanted to get something with better fuel mileage. When I stopped at Bennett Toyota I walked the rows of new and used vehicles. After consideration of wanted to get something with better fuel mileage. When I stopped at Bennett Toyota I walked the rows of new and used vehicles. After consideration of the available cars I chose to test drive the Honda Fit. The ride was comfortable and considering that the mileage was in the range I was looking for, It cut my fuel cost by half, I decided to talk with Gene on a deal. I handled all of my negotiations over the phone and through e-mail because I live 4 hours away. They were very fast returning answers to my questions. They were willing to take additional photos close through e-mail because I live 4 hours away. They were very fast returning answers to my questions. They were willing to take additional photos close up for everything that I wanted to ensure condition of the truck I was looking at. They also negotiated the price of my trade through pictures which gave me the information I needed prior to traveling 4 hours to purchase a vehicle I haven't even seen in person. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the truck they had everything ready to go and the truck was all cleaned up and look exactly how it was described through all of our correspondence. I will definitely do business with Bennett Toyota again it was worth the 8 hours on the road to get the trick I was looking for. More

We purchased an SUV and were assisted by Joe Colon. Having met several sales people at various dealerships, I think Joe is one of the best. He has a great sense of humor and is very relaxed. During the purchase process that lasted about a week (because we were looking at several makes), he always took my call on his cell phone and always got back to me in short time. I also called him several times on his off day, and he still responded to several of my calls. He will go a long way and we wish him all the best. Our only hiccup at this dealership was the fact that they could not properly track our down payment by domestic wire transfer. But that was short lived and overall it was a pleasant experience. More

We had a set budget and our very friendly and personable sales consultant Ross Banks helped and succeeded in keeping Toyota Sienna at a great price.
