After explaining to him of my unfortunate event of attending my Uncle's funeral and soon afterwards of my car being hit on the back driver side near the gas tank, damaging my bumper, the gas tank, and part of my back driver side door by a truck driver. Overall Good Experience Joe Colon is an asset to this organization. If they could clone him this would be the most successful car dealership in the country. My only advice (complaint) to someone considering this dealership is to make sure you get what is promised to you in writing up front. I was promised a second key to my car after the dealer (not Joe Colon himself) contacted the previous owner to get the key. They were unsuccessful and offered to sell me another key to the vehicle (expensive!). Other than that, I felt the negotiated a fair overall price on the vehicle and Joe was extremely accommodating during the entire experience. I waited ~6 months to post this review to make sure the car was reliable. Very much so. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More
