My Toyota Venza buying experience at Bennett Toyota was great with all phases of it. I connected with Lorry while checking Bennett's inventory on the Internet. Mike took me to the car I was interested in and I got to test drive it. Very good test drive with Mike who proved out to be a expert on the Toyota Venza. He really gave me a complete Venza checkout and answered all my questions. After the drive Mike gave me a excellent Tour of the dealership. I was very satisfied with this Car. They excepted the price that I was happy with and I bought it. The next day I met Mike to complete the deal and Pick up my car. The car was inside the building, Clean,Full tank and ready to go. My husband owned an Avalon for three years and decided to have a look at the new design for 2013. He really liked it and took it for a test drive with Sandy. She answered all of his questions and Joe called have a look at the new design for 2013. He really liked it and took it for a test drive with Sandy. It was a sleek looking design and Sandy was working on the numbers and we were walking around the showroom and noticed the Venza- thought it looked sharp and decided to ask Sandy to have a look/drive with it. so, Joe compared the two and the Avalon won-hands down for a quieter ride and comfort. Sandy was a pleasant salesperson and we got along well. She worked hard to get the price or close to it that we wanted. The other gentleman who went over the other topics(warrranty, etc- can't recall his name) was very knowledgeable and was good- as compared to another dealer(not Toyota) we worked with in the summer.
