Came in to purchase a car, due to an accident that left me without one. Sean assisted you, he was patient with me wobbling due to my back injury. He then recommended I test drive a Corolla and was more comfortable with the smaller car as expected because my other car was also a Corolla. I decided to buy the 2014 Corolla LE Premium. I have never dealt with Bennett Toyota before. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to view the cars that I wanted to see without any salesman hassling me. I then went into the dealership and encountered a nice lady at the reception desk. She asked me if I needed any help and I said "yes, I was interested in talking to a salesman about a car on the lot". She then introduced me to Marcos Rivera. He was a very genuine, courteous, professional person. He answered all the questions I had and made me feel at home and his answers were all honest. He even showed me the car fax which declared all his answers as being honest. He knew how to treat me right. He demonstrated every aspect of the car I was interested in and then more. I was hooked on the SUV the minute I saw it, but now he had my complete attention and I wanted to show it to my wife for her approval. When we both came back to the dealership approx. three hours later, Marcos was available without having to hunt him down or wait for other customers to be done with him. He was prepared for us and was able to demonstrate the car to my wife and allowed us to test drive the SUV , asap. He informed me of what information I needed ahead of time, so the formal paperwork and preparations would go quickly and efficiently. Everything went very well and quick and before you know it, we were driving off the lot with a Great SUV at a Great price, with Great customer service and feeling appreciated. I went into Bennett Toyota just looking to start my car buying process at 6:30pm. I was not sure exactly what I had wanted or what was even on the lot. I had walked in and was approached by Sean. I had told him that I was looking for a used car and had no idea of what I wanted. Sean had showed me what they had to offer me and asked if I may be interested in any. We went into further looking into the Mazda 3 that had caught my eye. We had taken it for a test drive and I really liked it. So we went inside and started filling out the paperwork and get everything started. By 9:30 I had left the lot with the car. I really appreciated how Sean handled the whole buying process. He was very helpful in any questions I had. I would definitely refer Bennette Toyota as a business, and Sean personally as the salesman to anyone. More
Although there were two other Toyota dealerships closer to my home, I chose to buy from Bennett because of its reputation for good customer service and ethical sales practices. I worked with Emmie Pilz ov to my home, I chose to buy from Bennett because of its reputation for good customer service and ethical sales practices. I worked with Emmie Pilz over the internet and telephone in negotiating the cost of my vehicle and then worked with Marcos Rivera at the dealership. Emmie initially quoted me one price over the telephone which I was prepared to accept the next day after doing some research. However, the evening following my initial phone call she sent me an email with a quote for more than we had discussed. When I followed up with her about the differences in the price she acknowledged the differences, apologized and quickly worked with me to reach a sales price that I believe was fair for both the dealership (i.e., it obtained a reasonable profit) and me (i.e., I didn't feel like I was exploited). When I went to pick up the vehicle I met Marcos and he was professional in his presentation, knowledgeable about the vehicle (a hybrid), and very friendly. In the three weeks since I purchased the vehicle, Toyota Bennett has contacted me twice to make sure that I'm satisfied with the vehicle. From my experience, Toyota Bennett has certainly lived up to its reputation. More

I was met at the door of Bennett Toyota by Sean who asked how he could help us. We were looking for a new car to replace my 13 year old Mercedes. I was after style, reliability and a touch of luxury. Toyota Avalon was on my short list, but I needed to get a few questions answered, get to know the dealership and get a great price. Sean helped with all three. Sean was young but well trained. When he didn't know an answer, he told me and looked it up right then or asked a colleague. He connected well with my wife and me and was helpful without being pushy. I trust him. I'd go back to Bennett Toyota and I would definitely look for Sean again. More
