Great Experience, many times over. I've purchased several vehicles from Bennett and had them serviced here, so I am a fan of the brand and dealership. However, this particular experien I've purchased several vehicles from Bennett and had them serviced here, so I am a fan of the brand and dealership. However, this particular experience stands head and shoulder above the others all due to the professionalism and helpfulness of Adrian Sirbu. Adrian was straight forward and respectful of our time and at no time, did I feel that he was disingenuous or had the feeling of buying a used car from someone named "Butch"! Right after purchasing the RAV4 (which is an awesome vehicle, so check one out if you hadn't looked in a while), someone hit my wife. She showed up at the dealer the next day and Adrian dropped everything he was doing and escorted her to the body-shop and stayed until she left with a repair estimate. Above and beyond in my book and I will go to Adrian in the future and recommend you do also. By the way, the body-shop is new and a very nice facility. Everyone we worked with in sales, the finance office, service and body shop were fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased. More

I am so happy I did because Chris Rice came out on the lot to talk to us and I knew right away that I would be comfortable talking to him. I am hearing impaired. Poor Service I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma. Tom the salesman was fine to deal with. He is not that knowledgeable but was nice. However there were several issues I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma. Tom the salesman was fine to deal with. He is not that knowledgeable but was nice. However there were several issues with the truck that I asked them to address. First, they sold me a truck that had absolutely no detailing/cleaning done to it whatsoever (Tom and Marcus both confirmed that it is Bennetts' policy to clean/detail vehicles before re-selling them). It smelled like an ashtray and until I asked they made no attempt to rid the truck of the smell. Secondly there was a leaking battery, a blinker that was not functioning properly and (2) cracks in the windshield. They took care of the battery and the blinker. I then met with Marcus to disucss the windshield and an issue with the protective plate that covers the gas tank. I was initially told at the Service Counter they would not fix the cracked windshield. I was told since the cracks were not located in the drivers line of sight they did not consider the cracked windshield an issue. Even though one of the cracks has begun to spider out. Marcus stated they would repair the windhshield and he would call me to schedule the repair and a proper detailing/cleaning. That was 2+ weeks ago and I am still waiting for the phone call. The plate that covers the gas tank is almost completely rusted out. Marcus admitted they did not see that when the truck was traded in. When I asked them to replace it I was told the cost was substantial and they could cover part of the cost but I would have to pay the rest. I do not see how it is my problem they did not thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to re-selling it. Overall I am thoroughly disappointed how Bennett has chosen to handle the cracked windshield and the gas tank plate. I expected better service from them. I currently have (2) Toyota vehicles (one being a Sequoia) and unfortunately will not be purchasing any vehicles from this dealership again. More
