Kevin was recommended to me by the person I had been dealing with for over eight years in the service department of Bennett Toyota. Working with Kevin was a very, very pleasant experience. He walked me through various options—lease or purchase. He also was completely transparent in his interactions with me, even giving me his personal mobile phone number to use at any time of day—which I did! He was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle, which was essentially an updating of my current one (2006 4Runner for a 2013 4Runner). Overall, a very good experience. It took only two days to complete from start to finish and Kevin spent time explaining all the nuances of the newer vehicle to both me and my wife. My wife and I stopped in to check out a Rav4 and a Venza. Our sales agent Sean Karkoska was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and allowed us to take a nice long test drive where my wife and I both could drive the vehicles on city streets and the highway. Honestly, at first Sean's age threw a curve ball at me, I was unsure of dealing with a "kid", but his attitude, professionalism and honesty quickly won my wife and I over, and we felt very comfortable with him. Sean showed us the tools on the Toyota website that allow for side by side comparisons of the vehicles we test drove and the competition. Knowing that the Venza was actually out of our price range, I asked about incentives and Sean did a fantastic job of breaking down the current offers and also was able to show me potential payments. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Venza and the entire team at Bennett Toyota worked exceptionally hard to get us the best financing and get to a payment My wife and I felt comfortable with. We were given a fair price for our trade in and I believe we received an excellent deal on our new car!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer, and will recommend Bennett Toyota, and especially Sean, to anyone I know looking for a car. More
