Earlier in the day I had brought in our 2012 Corolla for service. While waiting for service, I walked the sale lot looking at 2014 Camry's. Tom was one of two salesman who took time to speak to me. No other salesman took the time to talk to me. I would recommend Patti or Tom to family and friends. The service department is one of the best. Dean Westwood has been our Service Consultant on several visits. He is always friendly and very helpful. You are treated as an old friend on every visit. Bennett Toyota has one of the best service departments in the Allentown area. We have now purchased to cars from Bennett Toyota. We strongly recommend the Bennett dealership to everyone. More

After explaining to him of my unfortunate event of attending my Uncle's funeral and soon afterwards of my car being hit on the back driver side near the gas tank, damaging my bumper, the gas tank, and part of my back driver side door by a truck driver. Overall Good Experience Joe Colon is an asset to this organization. If they could clone him this would be the most successful car dealership in the country. My only advice (complaint) to someone considering this dealership is to make sure you get what is promised to you in writing up front. I was promised a second key to my car after the dealer (not Joe Colon himself) contacted the previous owner to get the key. They were unsuccessful and offered to sell me another key to the vehicle (expensive!). Other than that, I felt the negotiated a fair overall price on the vehicle and Joe was extremely accommodating during the entire experience. I waited ~6 months to post this review to make sure the car was reliable. Very much so. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More
