Very confident in my Prius purchase! First and foremost I LOVE my Prius! It's been great riding around in it and I feel confident that that feeling will last. Knowing that I have Toyota Care to help me out during my lease is also reassurance that I needed considering my last vehicle was constantly in the shop without assistance from the manufacturer or dealer. My experience at Bennett was great. It took a few trips back and forth for my party and the salesman to come to a deal, but Tom Robinson was very attentive and patient throughout the entire process. He seemed very knowledgable about the products and company considering he was a new employee to Bennett. I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me the car. I felt more or less, that he just wanted to help me make the right decision. I'm sure that I did make the right decision so thank you to Tom and to Bennett! More

On 7-10-14 my wife and I went to this dealer and was very clear that we did not wish to be contacted as we were only in the looking phase and had not made our choice as to which make of a car we wanted. We had been to several dealers of all makes, and after considering all that we had found out we had chose to purchase a new Highlander Limited. with all of the buttons, bells, and whistles. The cost was 44k and we made it clear that we would have to wait until our insurance settlement came in and that we would advise Kevin of our choice. Of all the dealers that we went to, Kevin is the only person that I gave my personal cell number to and made it very clear, several times that I did not wish to be pressured or called on AT ALL. At no time did either my wife or myself give out my wife's cell phone number, yet the day after she was called several times, , something I found very disturbing. I was also contacted today, 7-14-14 by the sales manager. This type of underhanded practice is unacceptable, and I have chose to take my business to another dealer. This does not in any way reflect on Kevin as a sales associate, he was very kind, answered all questions, and was most helpful. It is a shame that I must now take my business out of state to get the car that I wished to purchase, but I can no longer trust this dealership. I can only sum up my experience here in 2 words, BUYER BEWARE. More
