Spectacular Sienna Experience We were from out of state and saw a Sienna that we were looking for. We set up an appointment and Lorry met us as we came in and asked Andrew to help We were from out of state and saw a Sienna that we were looking for. Andrew was extremely helpful on the test drive and left us alone to look over the sienna both before and after the test drive. We settled on a price and discussed a few things we were concerned about. He told us that he would take care of them. The following week after returning from New York he again met us and drove the van up to let us look it over without being pressured. Each item was taken care of and more. After a failed experience closer to home, I decided to give it one last ditch effort by contacting Bennett Toyota before throwing the towel in. I'm glad I did. From my initial contact via telephone with Justin Nischan all the way through the sale with Andrew Perez, these guys were polite, accommodating, and professional. They took all the time we needed to answer our questions and even provided a cool drink while the paperwork was being processed. Best of all, we got a great car at a great price. As I told both Justin and Andrew, buying a new car is a long term relationship with the dealership to me. It goes from the sale, to the service, and way beyond. When we arrived at the store with questions and concerns about our current lease that had 8 more months to go and the problem of not enough miles left, we were given solutions to our dilemma that totally satisfied our needs. We left Bennett with a new car, a new lease, nearly the same payments ($35 more) and more mileage. What could be better? More

He is extremely knowledgeable on the product he sales, easy to work with and not the least bit pushy. He is responsible for switching this 15+ year Volvo owner over to Toyota. Tom gets a 10, but wrapping up the paperwork needs improvement. The wait for a financial manager to call us back was extremely too long. This split our trip into two days...luckily we don't live too far away. Overall our experience was certainly positive and we love our new Highlander! More
