Chris listened as I exp The lease on my Prius was about to expire when visited Bennett Toyota to explore my options. That is when I met Chris Rice. Chris listened as I explained my situation. We went into the lot to look at a new Prius, although I had not decided whether to buy my current car, lease a new one, or buy a new one. Chris then calmly explained my options and provided me some numbers for different scenarios. Even though it was the end of the month and incentives were about to expire, Chris applied no pressure for me to make a decision that evening, but he did give me enough information that within two days I was able to decide to buy a new Prius. Chris was very professional, yet friendly, throughout the entire process. He continues to followup after the sale to make sure I am satisfied with the car.
