Helped me when I thought no one could! I was in the market for a Certified Pre Owned, preferable an SUV. I still had a small amount left on my current car loan, and every where I went told I was in the market for a Certified Pre Owned, preferable an SUV. I still had a small amount left on my current car loan, and every where I went told me I either needed to put down a large down payment OR no bank would roll my negative equity into a new loan....I was discouraged. But I submitted a credit app online, andI later received a call from Antonia who asked several questions and thought things looked hopeful. Now my credit isn't great, so that was another concern...I went down to the dealership and the finance team worked with Mike Ruf and Jovan to make sure I got a car I loved as well as within my budget. Jovan even cleared out my old car for me while I signed the deal ! Wow - talk about customer service! The whole team at Toyota is amazing! I would recommend anyone both good and bad credit, they will give you a fair deal. I will be going back in a year or two when its time for another new car! Thanks Bennett Toyota Team!!
