From a Prius to a much sought after RAV4 As I approach my retirement, I wanted to get a newer model Toyota than the 2008 Prius I bought new from Krause Toyota. I was happy with the service at Krause, but their location was a bit inconvenient for me. So I started bring the Prius to Bennett for service soon after the dealership opened on Lehigh Street. I have been quite pleased with my treatment there. So much so, that I decided to look at buying a RAV4 at Bennett. I expected great service from the sales team. I didn't expect the highest level of professionalism and the genuine personal courtesy delivered by Andrew Perez. I have purchased and leased many vehicles in my 50 years of driving. The purchase of my 2013 RAV4 was among the very best experiences ever, thanks to Andrew. I have owned one Lexus and just one Toyota, that one being the Prius. My wife and I are big Acura brand loyalists, having owned eight since 1990. The Prius was an excellent car that served me quite well over the eight years I drove it. It showed me that Toyota is all that the brand symbolizes. So instead of trading it in on an Acura, I chose a car that caught my eye due to its styling: the RAV4. I chose Bennett because the dealership has earned my loyalty. I bought the RAV4 because Andrew is the type of sales representative that makes the car buying experience a pleasurable one.
