I had a great experience I went into Bennett with the mindset that I may not leave with a car because I have really bad credit and I have been getting denied left and right at I went into Bennett with the mindset that I may not leave with a car because I have really bad credit and I have been getting denied left and right at other dealerships. But i was referred to Bennett Toyota and it was the best thing that could have happened. The people were very nice and did not make me feel pressured. Even with my credit, they were able to get me approved for a vehicle that I actually wanted to be in. I will definitely be returning in the future and referring everyone I can to buy from Bennett Toyota. More

The person asks you to have a se Sometimes when you walk into a business and you are not a "regular customer " you get the " I"ll be right with you" . The person asks you to have a seat in the waiting area and you sit and wait for what seems like forever while you watch the person who just said they would be right with you go for a coffee, talk to several co-workers, then disappear into some back room that apparently must have been a "black hole" because they are gone forever! Well let me tell you BENNETT TOYOTA IS NOT ONE OF THOSE BUSINESS'S! My husband and I were looking for a new dealership to call home since we love Toyota and our old dealership was now well over an hour away. We chose Bennett as a closer dealer to have all our servicing done and were always very happy with that. Ultimately, I fell in love with our lease vehicle and wanted to purchase it. Our old dealership which again was over an hour away wanted us to drive all the way back there to make the purchase and never gave us an alternative. We decided to phone Bennett and they said sure you can come over and we can help you change your lease to a purchase. We were thrilled. Now for the "cherry on top", When we got there we were introduced to a finance person named Sean Kerkoske. We explained to Sean what we wanted to do. He said he had 3 deals to finalize that night but he would do his best to take care of us as quickly as possible. So we settled back into our seats expecting a long wait. No joke, within 5 minutes Sean was back with us starting the paperwork. He was back and forth with us explaining things and still doing his other work. I think I saw a ring of white light glowing above his head when he said, within 45 minutes, you're all set to go! Amazing! We have never had done business at a car dealer that we didn't spend at least 3 to 5 hours at. I know it was just to do paperwork but he gave us just as much time and attention as the person who was making a new purchase.
