With minimum bargaining, we got a reasonable price and they quickly prepared the new Highlander for us. Marianne in finance was also extremely helpful and a very pleasant person. Overall, a very good experience with minimum pressure. Service there is also very good based on experience on our older Highlander, although they aren't cheap. Only complaint is on earlier visits when I couldn't get waited on because all were apparently to busy. More
