A+ service and sales I took my RAV4 in for service and wandered around to look at the new cars on the floor. I did not intend to buy a car that day but with all of the features of the 2016 RAV4 and always happy with service at Bennett Toyota I made the decision to trade in my car. A very good experience Jim Genoe our Product Specialist was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable at Bennett. Jim was very focused on helping us to identify the 2016 Highlander that would meet our needs. He made some recommendations that were absolutely on target and we found a Highlander Limited that exceeded our expectations. Jim then worked out the details of our deal (with no pressure applied) and made certain that what we were happy with where we ended up. Once we had a deal, Jim followed-up with Finance to made certain our paperwork processed quickly and correctly. .Upon completion, Jim went over details of the car itself before he sent us happily on our home. We were very impressed with all the fine people that we worked with at Bennett and are so glad we made the trip down from the Poconos. Nice Dealership and Honest Salesman I am not happy about the way the financing went since I didn't get the $1,000 incentive I was offered because I did a trade in BUT my Salesman was pro I am not happy about the way the financing went since I didn't get the $1,000 incentive I was offered because I did a trade in BUT my Salesman was professional, courteous and nice and did his best to accommodate my needs! Excellent experience I was looking to lease a new vehicle and I didn't have much time to waste with the usual negotiation games that usually take place at a dealership. Marcos Rivera was my salesman and after I told him what I was looking for, and most importantly, what I was willing to pay, he did everything to make the deal happen. Not only did he make the deal happen, I drove off the lot in two hours in a brand new car. I have purchased many cars in the past, and this is the first time, I can truly say that it was a stress-free experience.
