Great experience with Bennett After many phone calls and online searches with multiple Toyota dealers I happened upon Bennett (who by the way was the first to reply to my after hou After many phone calls and online searches with multiple Toyota dealers I happened upon Bennett (who by the way was the first to reply to my after hours email) and Lorry was super helpful in giving me the information I needed to make a decision on a Prius C. Bennett had the best price so we went to the dealership and met with Nabegha who was super friendly, helpful, professional and not an ounce of the pushy salesperson I often expect when car shopping. The end result is that within 2 hours we found the vehicle we wanted and drove home in it that day! Awesome dealership with super employees! And I can't say enough about the woman we met at the desk (so sorry I've forgotten her name) who was so kind to our autistic grandson who was rearranging their showroom signs hahaha. She helped make the time go faster by keeping us company and making our time in the showroom all the more pleasant. Will definitely stick with Bennett from now on. The Prius C got 56 mpg on the ride home to Lehighton from Allentown, but we still haven't retired our 2008 Prius with 350,000 miles on it. It'll be fun to see how far it goes! Thanks Nabegha! More

I'm a professional harpist and have always had to drive a minivan. Lately I'd heard that some harpists could fit one in a Prius, the car I have always wanted. Bennett had a red 2012 Prius that was just what I was looking for. I took my brown paper template over to the showroom and Jeff let me roll it out to see if the harp would fit. It looked like the harp was about 1" too long. Not to be deterred, Jeff suggested that we take a test drive over to my house where I could see if the actual harp would fit. He was very patient as I tried every possible angle and finally did get it to fit. After that, how could I not buy it? The price was right and I just love not having to drive a minivan anymore. In addition, Jeff and the financing guy gave me excellent advice on my 2003 Celica that I had bought new from Bennett . Thanks, guys! 13 years later I'm still impressed with Bennett's people! More

Loving my Tacoma, nothing but compliments!!! I was not really in a market for a car, but when I saw the Tacoma on the Bennett website, I was impressed. Jim Genoe was impressive to say the least. A+ SALES! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND I have sort of a unique story to share about my purchase of “Tullulah”, my 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan. I have owned her for a week now, and so in LOV I have sort of a unique story to share about my purchase of “Tullulah”, my 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan. I have owned her for a week now, and so in LOVE with it. Previously, I owed a 2014 Toyota Sienna leased from another dealership. It was time to turn that one in….So I went back to the dealership where I originally purchased from, to trade in the lease for a new one. I called the dealership to talk to the salesman who sold me the 2014, he no longer worked there(STRIKE 1); I spoke to another saleswoman who told me I was unable to lease a car they did not have on their lot(STRIKE 2) but somehow ran my credit for an unknown vehicle and got it denied for a lease(which she told me previously that it wouldn’t be a problem since I had already been leasing with Toyota(STRIKE 3)). Next, this saleswoman told me I would have to purchase this unknown vehicle for $870 a month! UHHH NO!(STRIKE 4). Lastly, (STRIKE 5) came when she ran my credit to purchase my 2014 outright and NEVER called me back… I thought I had no options until randomly we stopped by Bennett Toyota on a Friday night as they were closing and we met MARCOS RIVERA; I told him my story, he said “NO PROBLEM-WE CAN HELP, I LOVE CHALLENGES” (challenge meaning because the other dealership got me denied they would have to figure out a new plan of attack)just stop by the next day I am able to and we will talk. And we did! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted-Marcos said “We will find it and get it! NO PROBLEM!” They worked around my credit and my current lease, found MY VAN, had it delivered to the dealership and within a week I was driving away in Tullulah! Heather Karkoska did a FANTASTIC job figuring out that the other dealership had done to my credit and gave me another lease option(which I was never aware of) and got the job done-I am so thankful! Marianne McFarland who sat down with myself and husband to complete the paperwork was super nice and energetic! Marcos was the best salesman I have ever dealt with; NICE, CARING, KNOWLEDGABLE, HELPFUL!!! I always have found car buying and dealerships a painful and long process BUT NOT this time….. I felt like I was part of the Bennett family the moment I stepped into that dealership and WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE/EVERYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM BENNETT TOYOTA!!
