Horrible Experience. I walked into Bennett hoping to get information/ballpark pricing on a Tundra. Currently I am in the process of shopping for a replacement for my VW diesel. Since the car is being bought back by the manufacturer, I am not able to buy something for another 2-3 weeks; I am at the mercy of VW. Jim was not attentive to what I was saying, nor did he seem to even want to be bothered. Best example of the poor listening is when he asked me if I "would buy tonight if the numbers were good". When I replied "no" he asked me "what's wrong, didn't you like the truck". That was after he was told I had to wait for the buy back to happen. There were a lot of other incidents that happened in those 45min but it's not worth the time typing. Good news is that there is one less salesman I will be contacting when I buy. More

Because of how I was treated, I decided to buy that day. Jovan was great in helping me find the perfect Corolla for me. I was set on getting a LE model like the one I had and then he showed me the S Plus and I fell in love. They were able to work with my financial situation and I was able to drive away that day with my 2016 Corolla S Plus. I have had nothing but great experience with dealing with Bennett from sales to service. I would go back if I ever need another car. More

Fantastic experience!!!! For my first time buying a car I would say this had to be the best experience I could ever have. I previously had a Toyota Corolla my dad got for me a For my first time buying a car I would say this had to be the best experience I could ever have. I previously had a Toyota Corolla my dad got for me as my first car when I was 16 and kept it alive for the 10 years I had it. That car lasted a total of 22 years and it hardly ever gave me an issue. It wasn't until recently it started acting up and broke down on me once and before I knew it was only running on two cylinders. Needless to say it was time to get a new car as painful as it was for me to say goodbye to my first car. I was super nervous about this whole process, but Jim made this process a whole lot easier. He was knowledgeable on every car I looked at and explained everything to me in a way I'd understand. He also kept my nerves at bay by making me laugh and he also treated me like a person. I am so thankful to him and Bennet Toyota for getting me into a new Corolla. Thank you so much!!! I absolutely love my new car! More
