So, I started my search for another used Rav4 about a month ago. I clearly stumbled upon the best salesperson in our area when I visited Bennett Toyota and met Alex Lascala. I met Alex on a busy Friday night and he was considerate of my inquiry and took the time to ask me the right questions about what we truly wanted in our next Rav4. When I left Bennett Toyota, that night, Alex clearly made me feel confident that he would be on the look out for us. Thankfully, at Easter time, he found something even better than what I had expected. I write this review because I went to 4 other Toyota Dealers before meeting Alex and no other dealership or salesperson offered me this type of sincere courtesy and service. Honestly, his 'no pressure' attitude and sincere mannerisms stood out to us. Prior to meeting Alex, 2 other Toyota dealers told me they would not help me look for a used Rav4 like this and they sent me off to look at uncertified dealers down the road (with my toddler), which actually started to put me off buying another Toyota. Visiting Bennett Toyota was my last stop. Honestly, in our internet-faced world, we can purchase anything we want these days because of the internet, we can search for any vehicle we want too, yet finding a real person with sincere mannerisms toward care for the customer, truly stands out and for me, this is what sells. I highly recommend Alex Lascala and Bennett Toyota because Alex is loyal to not only me as his customer but to his company as well and that's awesome! Out car salesman Alex went out of his way to be completely honest about the vehicle, but it's in amazing condition. He and the dealership were extremely helpful, prompt, and friendly. Also the price and mileage for the Range Rover HSE was the best in the whole country from what I was about to find after searching on Autotrader, Cars , and Autolist. The vehicle checked out perfectly and even surprised the mechanics at our local Land Rover/Jaguar dealership here in Minneapolis. I would highly recommend doing business with Bennett Toyota and Alex Lascale. If I lived in the same state, they would definitely have my repeated business. But I will definitely keep them in mind whenever I'm searching for another vehicle. More

Used Prius I didn't think I could afford a decent Prius until I saw Bennett Toyota advertising some with a price in mind I was going to spend anyway. I really am getting 50 mpg in city and haven't done any highway driving yet to check it out. Just got it yesterday. Gas will be going up and down and the gas mileage makes a big difference. A great car buying experience! Adrian Sirbu is a fabulous salesman! He called me to discuss my current lease that was ending in June and help me with my options. I told him exactly what I was going to be looking for and my price range. He did some research on my request and called me back in a short time with EXACTLY what I asked for! I went to the dealership that night to look at the car and was able to negotiate the price to fit into my budget. Within 90 minutes, I was financed and driving my new RAV4 home!! I had a few questions during the week after the sale and Adrian always responded to my text messages and solved my issues quickly! Thank you Adrian! This is the first time I purchased the same car twice!
